• Payment by bank transfer or Credit/debit card.
• I Agree to abide by the community rules within the complex.
• I will inform all my guests that this a naturist resort and nudity is obligatory in pool area.
• I agree to take all reasonable care of the property and report any damage inmediately to owners.
• I agree to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and to pay for any additional cleaning or repair cost in the event of damage.
• 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of making the reservation. Once deposit is paid, should you cancel the reservation, the deposit will be forfeit.
• I agree to take out personal holiday insurance  to cover cancellation, accidents, health and personal effects.
• Balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival and any cancellations within this time will result in loss of monies.
• 250 € damage deposit payable on arrival.
